Joseph Sellari, Sr. and Joseph Sellari, Jr. started in the bagel and muffin business in 1995 with their first store in Millburn NJ.
After opening four more stores, in Princeton, Edison and North Brunswick, they decided to focus on one mega-store in North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Bagel Fresh Deli & Grill on US Highway 130, North Brunswick is not just a bagel store, it’s much more. From our spacious dinning room to our onsite baking facility we provide an experience like no other bagel store. Featured are our famous Muffins with over 20 different flavors and our ultra-fresh bagels. With the addition of our Bores Head Deli counter and grill, we provide extensive breakfast and lunch menu items. We cater any sized breakfast and lunch events. Let’s not forget our famous muffin gift baskets which are great for all occasions and can be shipped upon your request.
Today Central Jersey Catering is a full service off-site catering and events company executing multiple events each year. From a party of 12 to a party for hundreds, a simple buffet to a corporate themed event, large or small, formal or fun, make your next affair an experience to remember.

We use only premium, high quality products. All dishes including our salads, breads and baked goods are our own recipes, are prepared and baked on premises and include extra virgin olive oil, premium Italian tomato products, Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, local in season vegetables.
